Now that's dedication.While I won't be making a pie quite this fancy, I am making a couple allergen-free pies tomorrow in celebration of Pi Day, and a few people are coming over to help us eat them. I'm going to make a pumpkin pie just because it's my favorite, and an apple pie. I was going to make a blueberry pie but blueberries are just too expensive... I could spend about $18 on enough blueberries, or $3 on enough apples... not really a tough choice this time around!
